Attention Teachers

We want to help you!

Our mission is to get underrepresented voices into the classrooms for little to no cost.

Priority Funding For:

All funded projects must go toward materials which amplify the voices of underrepresented groups (think race, gender, lifestyle, etc.). These works can be produced by an underrepresented group or be about those groups. As of now, our focus will be on funding English/Language Arts projects - though we hope to expand in the future.

We believe there are THREE main types of projects we'll fund:

Project Examples

  • Looking to acquire a set of thirty "Their Eyes Were Watching God" novels for your American Literature class?

  • Running a book club and want copies of "Just Mercy"?

  • Trying to implement Lit Circles, but need five copies of "The Fire Next Time"?

  • Expanding your personal teacher library and want a copy of "Last Stop on Market Street"?

  • Diversifying your high school teacher library and want a copy of "The House on Mango Street" and/or "How To Be An Antiracist"?

These are all projects we'd consider purchasing for teachers across the U.S. Fill out the Request form below.

Note: if you are a low-income school, we have a limited number of books we're trying to donate to classroom and school libraries. They're random titles, but contact us here and we'll send you FREE books!
